Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be longer during sales, festivals, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Coverage (India)

  • Spectify Solutions currently ships across India, including metro cities, towns, and most serviceable pin codes.

  • Delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take additional time or may not be available.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier service.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Shipping Delays

Spectify Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Government restrictions or strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses


Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes only.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Spectify Solutions reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance or delivery refusal.


Taxes & GST

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.

  • A GST invoice will be provided with your order or via email.


Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.

  • Spectify Solutions is not liable for loss due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, if possible.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order number.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as applicable.
